西气东输管道应用减阻内涂层的经济性分析

The Economic Analysis on the Internal Coating to be Used in West- to-East Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对西气东输管道工程应用减阻内涂层技术进行了理论分析、工艺计算和经济对比, 结果表明, 管道施加内涂层之后, 可增加站间距、减少压气站数、减少清管次数、降低管道动力消耗, 从而大大降低固定投资和运行费用。通过实际计算和经济性比较, 论证了西气东输工程采用内涂层技术的合理性。

     

    Abstract: The theoretical analysis, process calculation and economic comparison on the internal coating to be used in West-to-East Gas Pipeline are conducted. The results show that after the pipeline is applied the internal coating, several benefits can be obtained, such as enlarging the station spacing, cutting down the numbers of compressor station, decreasing pigging frequency and reducing the power consumption, which can greatly reduce the fixed investment and operating cost. Therefore, it would be economically ratioanal if internal coating was used in West-to-East Gas Pipeline.
