Corrosion Monitoring of Long Distance Pipeline and Pipeline Maintenance

  • 摘要: 针对大庆油田3条输油管道防腐层老化、阳极地床阻值增大、参比电极失效和四线电缆破损等问题, 对阳极地床电阻值、漏铁点和防腐层绝缘电阻率进行了测试, 提出了阴极保护、系统管理、测试方法及维护措施, 并对措施实施后的效果进行了评价。

     

    Abstract: In the light of coating ageing, resistance increment of anode groundbed, reference electrode failure and breakdown of 4-core cable in three oil pipelines of Daqing Oilfield, the detection on resistance of anode groundbed, current leakage at the location of cathodic disbanding and insulating resistance of coating is conducted. The countermeasures in cathodic protection, CP system management, monitoring method and pipeline maintenance are proposed. The evaluation on protection results of the measures taken is carried out.
