Calculation on Laying Parameters for the Installation of Tunnel Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了忠县-武汉输气管道某段隧道内的管道敷设方式, 分析了该输气管道低跨连续梁式稳管、跨长及受压时轴向稳定和土堤埋设时压力管道的稳定等问题, 计算了管道处于不同温度和内压情况下的单跨长度和受压杆临界长度。应根据隧道内管道的具体敷设方式, 确定受力边界条件后再行计算, 以制定安全、经济的敷设方案。

     

    Abstract: The method to lay pipeline in tunnel for some pipeline section of Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Transmission Pipeline is introduced. This paper analyzes the stability of the pipeline section installed in tunnel, including the stability with the continuous beam laying way, the span and axial stability when the beam is stressed as well as the stability of pressured pipeline section with pipe laying in embankment way, calculates the individual span length of section and critical length of the stressed beam. The authors consider that the best way to lay pipeline in tunnel can be selected after the stressed boundary conditions of pipeline installed determined.
