Applied Research on BEM-5 Flow Improver in a Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过BEM-5P原油流动性改进剂在河沾输油管道上的应用试验, 研究了其降凝、降粘效果, 根据试验与研究结果, 优化了冬、夏季的运行方案。实际应用情况表明, BEM-5P原油流动改进剂对河沾输油管道的原油具有较好的降凝、降粘效果, 管道可降温运行, 运行的安全性不受影响, 并且经济效益明显。

     

    Abstract: The applied experiment of BEM-5 flow improver on Hekou-Nianhua crude oil pipeline in Shengli Oilfield is made. With a capacity of 50×104 t/a, this ϕ273×7 mm pipeline is 51.4 km long with one heated pump station and 5 heating stations installed along the line. The effect study on the reduction of viscosity and pour point of crude oil with this flow improver is conducted. Based on the experimental results, the operation scenario of the pipeline during the winter and summer is optimized. The applied results show that this flow improver has a good effect on the reduction of viscosity and pour point, and the pipeline can be operated under the temperature-drop conditions with the remarkable economic profits.
