Abstract:
The technology and method to increase the transportation efficiency of crude oil pipeline by computer network to optimize the process parameters in Yihe Multipurpose Station-Initial Station Pipeline section of Shengli Oilfield are described. This
ϕ273×7 mm pipeline is 15 km long with a capacity of 55 m
3/h. The variation law between the process parameters and transportation efficiency of pipeline system is analyzed. The transportation parameters optimization based on the real time collected data about the pressure, temperature and flow rate of the initial and terminal stations is carried out. The authors consider that this optimizing method is very useful to increase the transportation efficiency of pipeline system and benefits to the energy saving and safe operation of the pipeline.
