埋地钢质管道覆盖层绝缘性能参数测试比较

The Parameter Measurement and Comparison on the Isolating Property of Pipeline Coating for Buried Steel Pipeline

  • 摘要: 埋地钢质管道的覆盖层绝缘性能是评价覆盖层好坏的一项指标, 其测试方法决定了其数值的可信度。通过对陕京和鞍大两条管道现场测试, 就目前国内常用的三种方法: 直流法、多频管中电流法和变频选频法进行了实测分析, 依据实测数据和日常管理中的阴极保护参数, 对其进行了评价。

     

    Abstract: The isolating property of pipeline coating for buried steel pipeline is an index to evaluate the quality of coating. The measurement method of coating decides the degree of confidence of parameters measured. Through a site measurement on CP parameter of Shaanxi-Bejing gas transmission pipeline and Anshan-Dalian oil pipeline, the paper analyzes the measurement results with three common measurement methods used (DCVG, multi-frequency method, variable frequency method) and evaluates the site results and CP parameters obtained in daily care.
