管道防腐层检测技术在油田生产中的应用

The Application of Pipeline Coating Detection Technology in Oilfield Pipelines

  • 摘要: 叙述了管道防腐层检测技术的应用水平及发展该技术的重要性。介绍了三种管道防腐层检测方法, 即多频管中电流法、地面电位电场法和管地电位法。针对河口采油厂7条油、气、水管道腐蚀严重的状况, 采用多频管中电流法对管道进行了腐蚀层综合评价, 提出了管道合理防腐大修方案。

     

    Abstract: Three pipeline coating detection technologies, multiple-frequency current method, ground potential-electrical field method, and pipe-to-soil potential method, are introduced. In the light of the serious corrosion of 7 pipelines transported oil, gas and water in Hekou Oil Production Plant, a comprehensive evaluation on the corroded pipelines are conducted with multiple-frequency current method. According to the evaluated results, the corrosion control scenario is given.
