The Application of Welding Methods in Oil and Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 从生产效率、焊接质量、劳动强度、技术先进性、经济性和适用范围等方面对管道常用的焊接方法进行了总结, 对各种管道常用焊接工艺进行了比较。认为在大口径、高钢级的管道环缝焊接领域, 全自动气体保护焊最具发展潜力; 药芯焊丝半自动焊具有灵活、速度快的优点, 适用于中小管径管道的焊接; 手工电弧焊仍将长期使用; 药芯焊丝自保护全自动焊设备投资小, 将在一定范围内得到应用。

     

    Abstract: This paper summaries the welding methods currently used in oil and gas pipelines on production efficiency, welding quality, economy and availability scopes, compares common welding technologies of pipeline. The comparison results show that automatic gas-shielded arc welding has a bright potentiality, flux-cored wire semi-automatic welding is suitable to medium/small diameter pipelines with flexible and fast welding speed, especially low in the investment on welding equipments and manual electric arc welding will still be used in a long period.
