The Application of HNS Three-phase Separator in a Multi-purpose Station of Oilfield

  • 摘要: 在分析HNS型三相分离器工作原理及结构的基础上, 通过现场实际应用测试, 指出该设备油气水分离系统运行平稳, 对含水率在80%以上的产出液, 经该设备脱气、脱水处理后, 原油含水率低于0.38%, 水中含油低于300mg/L, 完全能达到设计指标。

     

    Abstract: Three-phase separator, used to treat the light or medium oil-gas-water mixture with different water cuts, is a new generation oil-gas separator. The actual operation shows that for the produced liquid with water cut at more than 80%, the water cut of crude oil is lower than 0.38%, the oil in the water is lower than 300 mg/L after the treatment of the separator.
