一种由混合油粘度求混合油比例的新方法

A New Method Derived the Proportion of Mixed Oil from the Viscosity of Mixed Oil

  • 摘要: 系统研究了鲁宁管道所输胜利油、进口油按不同比例、不同温度混合时的粘度, 提出了根据混合油粘度求混合油比例的一种新方法。该方法的原理是首先测量不同比例、不同温度混合原油粘度, 回归混合原油比例与混合原油粘度、温度的关系式。利用回归公式对混合油比例进行计算, 为管道安全运行提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: The viscosities for Shengli crude oil and imported crude oil mixed at different proportions and temperatures are systemically studied. The two crude oils are transported through Linyi-Yizheng Oil Pipeline. A new method derived the proportion of mixed oil from its viscosity is presented. The deriving principle is that at first measures the viscosity for the mixed oil with different proportions and temperatures, and then regresses the relational expression for the proportion of mixed oil vs the viscosity and temperature of mixed oil, and at last calculates the proportion of mixed oil with the regression expression. The calculation results can provide a safe operation fundament for the pipeline.
