埋地热油管道变厚度保温层的设计

Design of Changed Thickness Insulating Layer around Buried Hot Oil Pipelines

  • 摘要: 根据热油管道沿线温降和摩阻损失等特点, 在管道运行总费用最小原则的基础上, 提出热油管道应采用全线保温层变厚度敷设。高温段的管道应敷设较厚的保温层, 随着沿线温度的降低, 应逐渐减小保温层的厚度。对于土壤传热系数较大的地段, 应适当增加保温层的厚度。

     

    Abstract: Based on distinguishing feature of temperature drop and friction loss along the pipeline, and on minimum cost approach, insulating layer thickness around the pipeline should be changed, generally thinner and thinner with temperature drop, and it should be thickened appropriately if the pipeline sections is laid in soil with greater heat transfer coefficient.
