Sand-laden Fluid Influences the Integrity of Multiphase Flow Transportation Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对胜利油田孤东区块出砂严重, 污水矿化度高, 混输管道的腐蚀及损坏的实际情况, 分析了流动状态对混输管道损坏的影响, 在分析流体运动机理的基础上, 进行了气液两相流试验, 指出螺旋流动可以减少管道底部的沟槽状局部腐蚀, 从而达到防腐缓蚀的目的。

     

    Abstract: The crude oil produced in the Gudong Tract of Shengli Oilfield has high sand cut and high salinity effluent, which seriously influences the integrity of transportation pipeline due to the corrosion and erosion. On the basis of analyzing the flow mechanism of the fluid, the gas-liquid two-phase flow experiment is made. The experimented results indicate that the spiral flow can effectively reduce the grooving corrosion at the bottom of pipe.
