铁秦管道停输再启动过程模拟

Process Simulation of the Restart after Shutdown for the Tieling——Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在给出停输过程的热力模型及启动过程的热力、水力模型的基础上, 对铁秦输油管道夏季各站间停输温降过程进行了模拟, 并模拟分析了葫芦岛—绥中段在四种工况下的再启动过程。通过对四种工况下的再启动过程的模拟结果分析, 探讨了铁秦输油管道降温输送的可行性。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the given thermal model in the shutdown process and the thermal and/or hydraulic models in the restart process, a simulation on the temperature drop process between pumping stations of Tieling-Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline under the summer shutdown condition was carried out. Meanwhile, a restart process's simulation on Huludao-Suizhong's pipeline section at four operating conditions was also made. The paper analyzed and compared the restart process of the four processes, theoretically discussed the feasibility of oil transportation at temperature drop condition for the Tieling-Qinhuangdao Oil Pipeline.
