火车卸槽时的气阻及其影响因素

Unloading Air-lock of Railroad Tanker and Influence Factor

  • 摘要: 由于设计与结构原因, 火车卸槽时易产生气阻。分析了气阻产生的原因, 给出了减轻气阻以及避免气阻的方法。提出只要选用合适的泵和适当的输油工艺参数就可以避免气阻。

     

    Abstract: The unloading air-lock of railroad tanker is a common phenomenon. In this paper, air-lock cause is ana lyzed and some methods to decrease and avoid air-lock are given. It is pointed out that the hest method to eliminate air-lock is to adopt proper pump and correct transportation parameters.
