Typical Accident Analysis on the Oil Pipeline with Tight Line Transportation Process

  • 摘要: 东临复线在密闭输油运行中, 出现了首站出站压力、滨州进站压力突然下降的异常工况, 通过对首站及沿线各站运行工况的理论分析, 排除了管道漏油的可能性, 确定了事故的真正原因。

     

    Abstract: Dongying-Linyi oil pipeline adopts tight line transportation process. In July 20 of 2000, the outlet pressure in Dongying station and inlet pressure in Binzhou station suddenly decreased. Through a theoretical analysis on the operational conditions for Dongying station and other stations along the pipeline, the leak possibility of the pipeline was put aside. In fact, the oil filter blockage in Dongying station produced the abnormal pressures.
