东北输油管网泄漏事故分析

Accident Analysis on Oil Leak of the Northeast Oil Pipeline Networks

  • 摘要: 分析了东北输油管网30多年来各类泄漏事故的具体原因, 提出了按泄漏事故划分泄漏类型的观点。根据泄漏事故随时间变化的走势曲线, 将管道整个服役期分为初生期、前亚稳定期、稳定期、后亚稳定期和衰老期。预计今后十年东北输油管网因腐蚀与外力因素引起的泄漏事故将有较大幅度的上升。

     

    Abstract: The oil leak accidents induced by different causes occurred in more than 30 years in the Northeast oil pipeline networks have been analyzed. A viewpoint on Determination Leak Category based on Leak Accidents is put forward. In the leak accident analysis, on the basis of the trend curve of leak accident varied as the time, the pipeline service life has been classified as initial stage, former sub-stability stage, stability stage, post sub-stability stage and ageing stage. In the paper, the authors predict that in the future decade, the Northeast oil pipeline networks of China will enter into an accident frequently-occurring stage, especially due to the corrosion and external force factors.
