新建天然气管道的除水与干燥技术

The Pipeline Drying and Dewatering Technology for Precommissioning Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 综述了当前新建天然气管道的各种除水和干燥技术。举例介绍了适合距离较长的管道一次性完成除水使用的两类除水清管列车及其技术细节, 以及适用于较短距离管道(段)除水使用的分多次单发清管器的除水方法和除水技术要点。分别对目前最常用的真空干燥法、干空气吹扫干燥法和甲醇扫线干燥法的原理、工艺、技术要点、优点和缺点等进行了论述。提出了涩宁兰管道选用干空气吹扫法干燥的建议, 并对某管段干燥需要的时间进行了预测。

     

    Abstract: This paper reviews many kinds of pipeline drying and dewatering technologies currently used for pre-commissioning natural gas pipelines, with cases, introduces two kinds of pig trains that can dewater with one pigging operation mode and its technical key points suitable for long distance pipeline as well as the dewatering methods that several pigs are launched with a certain time interval suitable for short distance pipeline or pipeline section. The principles, processes, advantages and shortcomings for the vacuum drying method, dry air pigging/drying method, and methanol pigging drying method that are mostly used at present are described. A suggestion to adopt dry air pigging method to Sebei-Ningxia-Lanzhou gas transmission pipeline are put forward. In the article, drying time required for some pipe section is predicted.
