靖咸输油管道投产的工艺问题分析及处理

Technical Analysis on the Commissioning of Jing'an-Xianyang Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 靖咸输油管道具有落差大、翻越点多、地形复杂及进出油点多等特点, 以靖安—杨山站为例, 结合其水力坡降图, 分析了其投产过程中的大落差和翻越点、水击保护和自控系统等问题, 提出了相应的解决措施。

     

    Abstract: Due to the elevation, more peak points with slack flow downstream, complicated terrain and more branch pipes in Jing'an-Xianyang pipeline, to ensure safe commissioning of this pipeline is very important. Take Jing'an-Yangshan pipe section as an example, combined with its hydraulic grade line profile, the problem on the elevation, peak point with slack flow downstream, water hammer and automatic control system are discussed. Some safety measures are worked out.
