Discussion on Some Aspects of Cathodic Protection System Applying Grid Anode

  • 摘要: 网状阳极阴极保护系统是新型的储罐罐底阴极保护系统, 指出了使用网状阳极的储罐阴极保护系统在设计和运行中应注意的若干问题。主要针对汇流点位置的设置、电位测量、通电点设置、设计电流密度的计算及参比电极的选取等问题进行了分析和讨论、同时提出了相应的措施和建议。

     

    Abstract: Grid anode cathodic protection system is a new type protection system for the bottom plate of oil tank. Some aspects involved in the design and operation of cathodic protection system applying MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide) grid anode for aboveground storage tank have been discussed. The problems analyzed and discussed include the location of confluence, potential measurement, location of feeding point, calculation of designed current density and selection of reference electrode. Some suggestions on design program and application on this system are given in the paper.
