含蜡原油与成品油顺序输送工艺方案研究

Study on Technical Scheme for Batch Transport of Waxy Crude and Refined-products through a Pipeline

  • 摘要: 含蜡原油与成品油顺序输送的特殊难点是蜡沉积物对成品油的污染。通过实验, 研究了不同成品油对蜡沉积物的溶解和冲刷作用, 以及蜡沉积物的混入对0号柴油质量指标的影响, 在此基础上, 提出了减少蜡沉积物对后行成品油质量影响的工艺方案, 这就是在原油批次的末段投放清管器, 以清除管壁蜡沉积物。

     

    Abstract: In batch transport of waxy crude and refined-products through a pipeline, a special difficulty is contamination of the product by the wax deposit on the pipe wall. The dissolving and eroding effect of the flowing product stream on the wax deposit are experimentally studied, and the effect of wax-deposit addition on quality of the diesel #0 are examined. On this basis, a technical scheme is proposed to diminish contamination of refined products by the wax deposit, i. e., in order to clean the wax deposit on the pipe wall, pigging is necessary nearly at the end of a crude batch.
