混油的形成因素及处理方法

Formation Factors of Contaminated Product and Blending Method

  • 摘要: 以格拉成品油管道为例、分析了输送距离、油品的剪切速度、中间泵站、翻越点、停输和落差6种因素对成品油管道道混油产生的影响。指出把性能相近的两种油品, 按轻质油品在前, 重质油品在后的顺序进行输送; 采用球阀切换油品; 简化泵站工艺流程; 严格控制翻越点后各泵站的进站压力和避免停输等一系列方法对减少混油效果显著。介绍了处理混油的工艺流程攻掺混比例。强调指出, 油顶油的直接输送方式经格拉成品油管道实践证明简单易行, 推荐在我国成品油顺序输送中采用。

     

    Abstract: Take Golmud Lhasa product pipeline as an example, the author considers that the contaminated product produced from the transportation distance, shear speed of product, intermediate pumping station, peak point slack flow downstream, shutdown and elevation. It is pointed out that to reduce the contaminated product, some measures, such as batch transporting heavy product behind light product, cutting preducts with ball valve, simplifying the process flow of pumping stations, controlling the inlet pressure of pumping stations behind the peak point slack flow downstream and avoiding shutdown, should be taken, whish can decrease the contaminated product. The process flow of blending contaminated product and blending proportion are introduced.
