无机热传导热管空气预热器的技术经济分析

The Technical and Economic Analysis on Heat Tube Air Preheater with Inorganic Thermal Conduction

  • 摘要: 无机热传导热管空气预热器是一种高效传热设备, 与其它列管式空气预热器相比, 它具有传热速度快、均温性好、不易积灰、不易堵塞等优点, 特别是在提高4650kW热媒炉热效率方面性能优良。解决了原卧式列管式空气预热器的出力不足、积灰和低温露点腐蚀问题, 延长了空气预热器的使用寿命, 使热媒炉的运行成本大大降低。

     

    Abstract: Heat tube air preheater with inorganic thermal conduction is a kind of high efficiency heating equip-nrent with fast heating, good homo-temperature, short soot accumulated and unplugging compared with other tube-array air preheaters, especially in improving the heat efficiency for 4650 kW heat medium heater. In this paper, a technological and economic analysis on this equipment has been made.
