降低泵站油电消耗的可行性分析

The Feasibility Analysis on Cut-down the Consumption of Oil and Electricity for Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 以庆铁线新庙和牧羊泵站为例, 在输量一定的条件下, 提出通过运用降低进站温度的方法, 对降低油电消耗总费用的可行性进行了具体分析, 通过计算比较, 证明了低输量管道在保证输油安全的前提下, 采用这一方法对减少节流损失, 降低输油成本是完全可行的。

     

    Abstract: Take Xinmiao and Muyang pumping station in Daqing-Tieling oil pipeline as an example, a feasibility analysis has been carried out on cut-down total cost of oil and electricity consumption on the basis of inlet temperature decrement under a certain throughput. The calculation results display that the method on inlet temperature decrement is feasible to decrease throttle loss and transportation cost on the precondition of pipeline operation at low throughput.
