聚合物减阻率与分子量关系的研究

Study on the Relation between DR of Polymer and Molecular Weight

  • 摘要: 聚合物分子量是影响聚合物减阻效果的诸多因素之一。通过对国外两种减阻剂以及试验合成的高级α-烯烃的均聚物、共聚物进行环道测试和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分析, 研究了聚合物分子量对减阻效果的影响。分析结果表明, 共聚物的减阻效果比相同分子量的均聚物要好, 而相同分子量均聚物的减阻率随侧链长度的增加而降低。

     

    Abstract: Molecular weight of polymer is one of the several influence factors upon drag-reduction performance of polymer. Two foreign DRAs, poly-alpha-olefin homopolymer and copolymer synthesized, have been circular loop tested and GPC analyzed. The influence of the regularity of polymer molecular weight upon DR performance has been studied. The test and study results indicate that DR of copolymer is better than homopolymer with same molecular weight and DR of homopolymer with same molecular weight decreases as length of side chain increases.
