  • 摘要: 介绍了中济输气管道试运行投产工程中, 进行强度试压、严密性试验、通球吹扫及干线、站场氮气置换和全线置换投产各环节的施工方案、施工方法、检测标准和具体施工步骤, 为其它输油管道改输气管道试运投产提供了有益的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Zhongyuan oilfield to Jinan pipeline was oil pipeline. This pipeline, to meet the needs of user, will transfer natural gas through technological reform. In this paper, the pressure testing, pigging operation and nitrogen displacement before commissioning are introduced, also including construction plan, construction method, inspection standard and work steps.
