庆铁输油管道泵站工艺流程改造

Technological Reform of Pumping Station in Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了大庆—铁岭输油管道(庆铁线)改造前的工艺流程概况及存在的问题, 在工艺流程设计原理的基础上, 提出了输油泵站工艺改造方案, 该方案采用高效串联泵, 取消给油泵, 简化工艺流程; 采用原油/热媒换热器与间接加热系统取代直接式方箱炉, 实现“先炉后泵”输油工艺。改造后的工艺流程简单实用, 功能齐全, 操作方便, 并可支持调度中心与站控端对管道系统实时调节与保护。

     

    Abstract: The general process flow and problems existed in pumping stations of Daqing-Tieling oil pipeline before technological reform are introduced. On the basis of design principle of process flow, a process flow reform program on pumping stations is proposed, including simplifying the process flow with series pumps (to eliminate feed pump), with thermal medium exchanger and indirect heating system to substitute thesquare-box type heater. With these measures, the transportation process with the "first heater and second pump"way for the oil flow can be realized. The actual operation results indicate that the reformed process system has more advantages in operation, and the new process system supports the control center and pumping station control end to provide a real adjustment and protection to the whole pipeline system.
