The Application of Structure Reliability Assessment in Pipeline Risk Management

  • 摘要: 结构可靠性评估(SRA)方法是管道风险管理中最有效的方法之一。结构可靠性评估包括确定极限状态、鉴定破坏模式、确定极限状态函数、不确定性分析、可靠性评价及最终结果的评估6个步骤。实施SRA方法可确保资源向安全管理维护到认可水平的最佳管理体制的方向分配。

     

    Abstract: The structure reliability assessment(SRA)is one of the most effective methods in pipeline risk management. The SRA has six components, that is limited stare determination, failure mode identification, limited state function determination. uncertainty analysis. reliability evaluation and consequence evaluation. The article consisders that with SRA, the manager or operator of pipeline can predominate pipeline condition and know danger section in advance, so, allotting limited maintenance capitals effectively and improving pipelines safety.
