Study on Simulation Method of Waxy Oil Flow in Pipelines

  • 摘要: 对于呈现非牛顿性质的含蜡原油管流的模拟, 即使在相同的热历史条件下, 不同的模拟方法其结果相差也很大。对目前使用的旋转流变了仪、试验环道等模拟方法进行了试验研究, 分析了不同模拟方法其结果产生差别的原因、提出了不同模拟方法对管输大庆油、大庆加剂油的适用条件。

     

    Abstract: For the simulation of non-Newtonian waxy oil flow in pipeline, it has been experimentally confirmed that the difference in results caused by different simulation methods varies greatly, even though the heat history is the same. With the magnet-driven circular pipe flow simulator and RS 150 rheometer, an experimental study has been carried out to compare other simulation methods. In this paper, the simulation results from different simulation methods have been analyzed, and the applicable scopes of different siumlation methods to Daqing oil and PPD-treated Daqing oil have been put forward.
