TG100缓蚀剂的缓蚀行为研究

The Research of Inhibiting Performance about TG100 Corrosion Inhibitor

  • 摘要: 采用静态挂片法、高温高压动态挂片法及电化学法对TG100抗CO2腐蚀油井缓蚀剂在含CO2腐蚀介质中的缓蚀性能进行了对比评价。试验结果表明, TG100缓蚀剂是一种缓蚀性能优良的阳极型防腐剂, 适合于高含CO2、Cl-低pH值的油气田环境。

     

    Abstract: TG100 is a newly-developed liquid inhibitor used in oilfield for resistance CO2 corrosion. In this paper, its inhibiting performance in corrosion solution containing CO2 has been measured by loss weight and electrochemistry methods. The testing results have shown that TG100 is kind of anode inhibitor, and fit for oil and/or gas field environment that contains high CO2, C1- and low pH.
