编制西气东输管道工程施工企业规范势在必行

An Urgent and Important Task to Workout Enterprise Standards for West-east Pipeline Project Construction

  • 摘要: 阐述了西气东输管道工程的重要性, 在现行的《输油输气管道线路工程施工及验收规范》、《天然气管道施工及验收标准》等行业标准的基础上, 参考陕京输气管道工程企业标准的编制和库鄯输油管道企业标准及施工工序作业指导书的编制, 指出了西气东输管道规范编制的重点, 为西气东输工程的启动做好充分的准备。

     

    Abstract: The importance of West-east Pipeline Project is discussed. The key point in working out the pipeline construction standards for West-east Pipeline Project is given on the basis of current 《Construction and Acceptance Criteria for Oil/Gas Pipeline》 and 《Construction and Acceptance Criteria for Natural Gas Pipeline》, also including Construction Code of Shanxi-Beijing Gas Transmission Pipeline and Construction Procedure Guideline of Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline, which are very helpful to the construction of West-east Pipeline Project.
