Energy Saving with Varing Frequency and Speed Adjusting of Centrifugal Pump Set and Its Operating Stability Law

  • 摘要: 通过对某油库离心泵机组应用变频调速技术后节约经费的实际计算分析, 提出了相对节能率的概念, 并通过大量计算数据, 绘制出了不同条件下相对节能率特性曲线、功率减小量特性曲线, 对机组调速节能及运行稳定性规律进行了分析, 提出了油库离心泵组应用变频调速技术需要注意的问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on the technical analysis on varing frequency and speed adjusting technique used in centrifugal pump sets of some tank farm, and calculation on the cost saved with the technique, the concept of Relative Energy Saving Rate(RESR)is put forward. The RESR characteristic curve and Power Reduction Rate (PRR) characteristic curve under different conditions of the pump set have been mapped on the basis of numerous calculation data. An analysis on the varing frequency and speed adjusting technique of pump set a nd its operating stability law are carried out, and the attention to be paid to the problems in applying the technique is given.
