A 210-km-long Oil Pipeline Flushing to Convey Gas

  • 摘要: 清洗工序是原油管道改输天然气作业中的关键。以濮阳—临邑管道改输工艺为例, 介绍了其清洗方案、工艺流程、相关参数的计算方法和清管列车的结构, 指出了清洗作业中应注意的事项。经采用物理—化学结合法清洗后, 输油管道达到了输气要求, 在提高输气质量、确保管道安全正常运行方面效果显著。

     

    Abstract: Take a 210-km-long oil pipeline flushing to convey gas as an example, the paper introduces the flush ing program, technological process, calculation methed of related parameters and pigging train structure. This pipeline section was a lenght of Puyang-Linyi oil pipeline, which was 20 year-old operated oil pipeline. To meet the needs of urban construction and environmental protection.a decision to make the oil pipeline to transmit gas was made in 1999. By means of physical-chemistry flushing method, a good flush ing result was obtained. In the end of 1999. natural gas was successfully transmitted through the flushed pipeline.
