Research and Application of EP Drag Reducer

  • 摘要: 减阻剂是一种应用于原油和成品油管道输送的化学添加剂, 可减小流体在管道中的阻力, 从而节约能源。介绍了EP系列减阻剂的作用机理、研制方法、中试生产和现场实验的概况。中试产品在青海油田花格线现场实验的结果表明, 其性能指标达到国际同类产品的水平。

     

    Abstract: Drag reducer is now widely used to increase oil throughput and reduce operating pressure of pipeline, and so allows operators to cut down power consumption and increase operation safety. The mechanism, development, pilot testing and field test of EP DRA are introduced. The test results of pilot testing product gained from the site test in Qinghai oilfield have shown that the performance indexes of the DRA comes up to advanced world standards.
