陆梁原油化学改性室内研究

Experimental Study on Chemical Modification of Luliang Crude

  • 摘要: 陆梁原油属含蜡高凝原油, 混合样凝点达18℃。通过对该地区原油进行化学改性试验结果表明, 降凝剂GY-3、CE对陆梁原油有显著的降凝、降粘效果, 加GY-3剂后降凝幅度可达18℃, 降粘率接近90%, 低温流动性明显改善, 且性能较为稳定。

     

    Abstract: Luliang crude belongs to waxy and high viscous crude oil, the set point of its mixed sample is 18℃. The experimental study on chemical modification of Luliang crude has shown that PPD GY-3 and CE are effective in modification, the set point of modified crude is respectively reduced to 18℃, 10℃ and 5℃. viscosity reduction rate is closed to 90%. low-temperature fluidity is greatly improved.
