铁岭—抚顺输油管道浑河隧道穿越段改造

Corroded Pipeline Section Replacement in Tieling-Fushun Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 铁岭—抚顺浑河隧道输油管道穿越段因腐蚀穿孔严重对其进行施工改造。针对隧道施工难度大、技术要求高的特点, 制定了新管道布管的设计方案, 介绍了隧道施工中旧原油管道拆除、布管、焊接和防腐保温阶段的施工方法, 并根据现场施工要求, 对机具进行改进, 积累了一定的施工经验。

     

    Abstract: A 1 300 m long pipeline (a part of Tieling-Fushun oil pipeline) laid in Hunhe River tunnel seriously corroded. So, the replacement decision has to be made. Because of the difficulty in replacement job, a design scheme on stringing has been drawn out. In the paper, the pipeline replacement procedure in old pipe removal, pipe stringing, welding and corrosion control are introduced.
