Quality Control of 3LPE Coating during Plant Application

  • 摘要: 三层PE防腐层由环氧粉末、共聚物胶粘剂、聚乙烯组成, 具有耐腐蚀和抗阴极剥离的特性。在生产过程中, 为保证防腐层的质量, 必须严格控制每一道生产工序, 包括原材料检验和适用性试验, 检验防腐材料之间的匹配性, 以确定涂敷工艺参数。同时, 要进行钢管检验和涂敷检验, 每项检测内容必须符合技术指标要求。

     

    Abstract: 3LPE coating, consisted of epoxy powder, copolymeter adhesive and polyethylene, has a perfect performance in corrosion control and cathodic disbonding resistance. To ensure plant-applied quality of 3LPE coating, each operating sequence, including monitoring and inspection and E & ST on raw materials, must be controlled in accordance with relative standards or codes. The matchability between materials should be tested to determine coating parameters. Meanwhile, test on steel pipe and coating have to carry out and every measurement must be in accordance with the technical requirements.
