某输油管道疲劳寿命预测

Fatigue Life Assessment of Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 油气输送管道的寿命预测是管道安全评价的重要组成部分, 它直接关系到管道检测、维修、更换周期的确定。在管道承压能力评价工作的基础上, 利用失效评估图技术和双参数法, 根据已建立的缺陷扩展规律, 对某输油管道的疲劳寿命进行了预测。结果表明, 该管道可安全运行1.3×104周次, 为管道检测和维修周期的确定提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Because of quality problem of line pipe, twelve fracture accidents have occured during hydraulic pressure on spot on a newly built 273×6 mm oil pipeline. Safety assessment work must be done urgently. In this paper, using failure analysis diagram(FAD) and two-parameter method, fatigue life of this pipeline is assessed on the base of strength assessment of pipeline. The assessment result indicates that the safety operating circle of the pipeline is 13000, which can provide scientific basis for calculation of checking and maintaining cycle.
