涂层面电阻率的测试方法

Test Method for Surface Resistivity of Coating

  • 摘要: 在给出有限长管道沿线电位、电流分布方程的基础上, 提出了涂层面电阻率测试方法, 即衰减因子法和极化电位电流密度法。在对长管道的涂层面进行电阻率测量时, 可将管道分成若干段, 通过极化电位和电流密度对涂层电阻率进行计算。讨论了阴极极化电位与管道保护电位的关系, 分析了管道电流测试误差大的影响因素。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the given potential along pipeline and current distribution equations, the test method on a limited length of pipe section for surface resistivity of coating, that is decay factor method and polarization potential current density method, has been put forward. When coating surface resistivity test on a longer pipeline is conducted, the pipeline can be divided into several sections to calculate it with polarization potential and current density. In this paper, the relation between cathodic polarzation potential and protective potential of pipeline is discussed and the influence factor of bigger error of current test in pipeline is analyzed.
