埋地管道防腐系统综合评价技术

Comprehensive Evaluation Technology in Corrosion Control System of Buried Pipeline

  • 摘要: 埋地管道防腐系统状况检测与评价对保证管道安全运输、延长管道使用寿命非常重要。结合自行研制的两套防腐层状况检测仪, 探讨了评价防腐系统状况的思路, 建立了数学模型, 开发了基于此模型的评价软件, 可为管道的维修决策提供科学的依据。

     

    Abstract: Conditions monitoring and evaluation for the corrosion control system of buried pipeline are very important to safe operating and service life of pipelines. With self-developed conditions monitors of coating system, the evaluation parameters like corrosion current density, pipe-to-soil potential and coating conditions and the effectiveness of CP system are deeply discussed. Then, a mathematical model contained these parameters has been established. An evaluation software has been developed based on this model, which is very helpful to pipeline operator to make maintenance decision.
