原油含气率在线实时非接触测量技术研究

Experimental Study on On-line Uncontact Measurement of Void Fraction of Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 根据原油含气时其介电常数变小的原理, 分析了油气混合介质的相对介电常数与含气率的关系。采用半圆形电容器作为非接触式敏感探头来测量原油含气率, 可以在线实时自动平均取样, 消除了探头的安装位置和管道方位对测量结果的影响, 使含气率的测量范围扩大到0~100%。

     

    Abstract: When the oil contains gas, the dielectric constant decreases. A sensor with semi-circle capacitor is adopted to on-line automatically and averagely measure the void fraction of crude oil. The on-line uncontact measuring method can eliminate the influence of the fixing direction of sensor on the pipe, and enlarge the measure range from 0 to 100%.
