双层环氧粉末覆盖层在钢质弯头上的应用

The Application of Dual-layer Epoxy Powder Coating in Steel Bend

  • 摘要: 双层环氧粉末系统是一种具有优良防腐性能和抗机械损伤性能的防腐结构。介绍了双层环氧粉末覆盖层技术首次在弯头防腐生产线进行现场试验的情况及现场性能测试结果。试验结果表明, 钢制弯头双层环氧粉末外防腐技术可靠, 施工工艺可行, 防腐性能优越, 符合我国管道建设的实际需要, 在国内推广应用是可行的。

     

    Abstract: The dual-layer epoxy powder coating system is an available anti-corrosion structure with perfect performance in corrosion resistance and mechanical impact resistance. In this paper, the site test and performance test with this coating system on steel bend are introduced. The test results have shown that large-scale yard or site application with this coating system on steel bend is available, which can meet the demands of pipeline construction.
