焊制管道三通塑性极限载荷弯矩的计算方法

An Engineering Approach for Out-of-plane Plastic Limit Moment of Welded Branch Pipe Tee Connections

  • 摘要: 基于极限分析的观点, 推导出面外弯矩作用下焊制三通的极限载荷估算公式。理论分析和试验验证结果表明, 得到的公式能够较为准确地估算工业上常用的等强度焊制管道三通塑性极限弯矩, 有较大的工程应用推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Based on the limit analysis viewpoint, a formula that could be used to estimate the out-of-plane limit moment of welded branch pipe tee was derived in this paper. Its correctness and reasonableness were borne out by the experimental results. Compared with the ASME and Billington methods, the new formula has a high accuracy in calculating the limit bending of equal-strength tee under the condition of t/T≤1.0, d/D > 0.5 and 80≥D/T≥20. It will bring forth a great value by applying this formula in engineering.
