东黄双线流向调整及黄岛增输的必要性

Necessity to Change the Oil Flow Direction of Dongying—Huangdao Parrallele Pipeline and Increase Huangdao's Throughput

  • 摘要: 随着华北各炼化企业对进口原油需求量的日益增加, 在进口原油顺序输送的基础上, 提出并实施了东黄双线流向调整及黄岛增输改造方案。从工艺计算、设备等方面论证了该方案实施的必要性, 分析了实施后的经济效益。提出了增加东营站储罐, 以提高进口原油西输能力的建议。

     

    Abstract: To resolve oil's supply and demand contradiction in Northern China, the program in oil flow direction change for Dongying—Huangdao oil pipeline and Huangdao throughput increment has been worked out and implemented based on the batch transportation of imported oil. The necessity to implement the program is expounded in the field of process, calculation and equipment. Some technical suggestions are put forward.
