Operation Management on Initially Commissioned Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在天然气长输管道投产初期, 因各种原因会产生一些威胁管道安全运行的问题, 如管内存在泥土、水、轻质油等有害物质, 若不及时清除, 将会堵塞管道及相关设备。解决这些问题, 就要在设计、施工和运行初期以及运行工艺等方面采取有效措施, 强化运行管理, 杜绝事故隐患。介绍了长输天然气管道中杂质的来源、危害及处理方法, 提出了改进阀室设计、越站设计、排污系统和排污池设计以及管理的工艺方案。

     

    Abstract: For the initially commissioned gas transmission pipeline, foreign materials such as soil, water and light oil will enter into pipe, which is hazardous to the operation of pipeline and some facilities. To solve this problem, effective technical measures should be taken during pipeline's design, construction and operation. In the paper, the hazard of impurity and disposal method for gas pipeline are introduced. Suggestions to improve the design, construction and management of valve chamber and blowdown system are put forward.
