球罐容积的检定和修正

Volume Strapping and Correction of Spherical Tank

  • 摘要: 介绍了承压球罐容积的检定和修正方法, 认为球罐容积的变化与其工作压力和大气温度有关。在计算容积时, 需要进行压力和温度的修正。在测量几何尺寸时, 应将气温作为温度修正时的基准温度。如果一年中球罐的工作压力变化幅度不大, 则可取平均工作压力来计算容积的增大值。在编制球罐容积表时, 可将压力和温度的影响作统一考虑。

     

    Abstract: The strapping and correction methods for pressurized spherical tank are introduced. The author considers that the variation of tank volume is related to operating pressure and atmospheric temperature. The correction on pressure and temperature must be carried out when tank volume is calculated and atmospheric temperature must be taken as an fiducial temperature when temperature is corrected. If the variation of operation pressure of spherical tank is negligible in one year, the mean operation pressure must be taken to calculate the increment of volume. The influence of pressure and temperature can be taken into an overall consideration when strapping table is made.
