原油储罐的热能消耗分析及控制措施

Analysis on Thermal Energy Consumption of Tank Farms and Control Measures

  • 摘要: 针对我国原油性质及目前炼油厂原油储罐区热能消耗占全厂油罐热能消耗1/3~1/2的情况, 提出了降低原油储罐热能消耗的各项措施。指出确定合理的原油储存温度及加热措施、加强油罐保温以及增设浮顶罐罐顶隔热设施等措施, 均能实现节能, 并以实例说明了这些措施的节能效果。

     

    Abstract: According to an investigation, the thermal energy consumed in oil tank farms take up 1/3-1/2 of thermal erergy consumption in domestic refineries. To reduce the thermal energy consumption, some measures against it are proposed. It is pointed out that a correct approach to the energy saving is to determine a reasonable storage temperature of oil and select available heating methods / facilities as well as install insulating layer to the tank top. The results of energy saving obtained from these measures are indicated with case.
