原油管道添加流动性改进剂的效果分析

Result Analysis on Flow Improver Used in Honghu-Jingmen Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据降凝剂的作用机理, 研制出对洪荆管道输送多种原油具有较好改性效果的BEM—7H降凝剂。介绍了洪荆输油管道添加BEM—7H降凝剂的现场试验情况, 探讨了重复加热对加剂原油的影响因素。

     

    Abstract: Honghu-Jingmen oil pipeline transports many kinds of oils, such as Xijiang oil, Huizhou oil, Jianghan oil. Russian oil and Middle East oil. in batch transportation way all the year round. To increase transfer efficiency and save energy, BEM-7 PPD has been developed, which has better modification effect to the oils. The results obtained from PPD laboratory and site injection tests have shown that Honghu-Jingmen oil pipeline will operate under safer and more economic conditions after BEM-7 PPD injected. Besides, the influence factor of reheating to the oils with PPD treated is discussed in the paper.
