大型拱顶钢油罐抽瘪后的修复

Rectification on Sagged Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 以石家庄炼油厂T-202罐的修复为例, 探讨了大型顶油罐抽后的修复问题绍了修复中采用注水加压法、分析了T-202罐承压环在内压作用下的受力情况。对上举内部力、罐承压环的强度进行了绞核通过对T-202罐的修复, 说明大型拱顶油罐抽后采用加压法进行修复是完全可行的。

     

    Abstract: Take the rectification of No. T-202 oil tank in Shijiazhuang Oil Refinery as an example, the paper discusses the rectification on sagged tank. No. T-202 oil tank was sagged at the location of tank shell and tank top due to the overrated negative pressure in unloading operation in January of 1999. To repair the sagged tank, an analysis on the stress of retainer ring under the internal pressure and a check-up on internal uplift and strength of retainer ring have been conducted. So, the water injection method to repair the sagged tank is selected. The rectification results have shown that this method is available and effective to repair the sagged tank.
