Study and Design of Valve Pressure Tester for Oil Depot

  • 摘要: 运用创造技法对阀门试压机的设计方案进行了优化、并进行了理论分析和设计计算, 确定移动式手动液压抓爪固定试压机为优选方案, 该设备具有一定的独创性, 操作简单、安全可靠、工作效率高, 同时、设备无需外供电源, 适用于油库阀门的抢修抢险工作。

     

    Abstract: The design programs on valve pressure tester used in oil depot have been optimized with the creation technique of method. Based on the theoretical analysis and design/calculation, an optimal program on the movable manual valve pressure tester with hydraulic fixture is determined. This tester with originality in simple control, safe and reliable work and without external power, is applicable to the first-aid repair for valves used in oil depot.
