The Application of Differential Flow Adjustable Shuttle Valve in the Control of Ball Valve

  • 摘要: 梭控球阀是实现管道自动化控制的一个重要基础元件,介绍了其工作原理和差流可调梭阀的基本特性。差流可调梭阀不仅适用于球阀,也适用于蝶阀、闸阀和其他阀启闭时间的控制与调节,同时还可对主阀体的流量和压力进行调节。

     

    Abstract: The differential flow adjustable shuttle valve is an important and fundamental device to realize pipeline automation control. The paper introduces the working prrinciple and basical performance of the shuttle valve. The site test and application have shown that this valve is available not only in controlling and adjusting the on/off time of ball valve, but also in that of butterfly valve, gate valve and other valves, as well as in adjusting the flow rate and pressure of main valve.
